Carzam is a new online-only retailer offering consumers a vast selection of quality pre-owned cars at a great value. We're changing how consumers buy pre-owned cars- from dealerships to the comfort of their homes. We enable consumers to purchase their vehicles online and have it delivered straight to their doorstep- or pick it up from our Collection Hub.
We are recruiting for this unique and exciting role, as a HUB Assistant Manager you will ensure that the yard operation runs seamlessly and customer vehicles are ready for delivery on time.
Delivering an exceptional customer service to customers attending site to collect their new vehicle purchase.
Administration skills required, the role will be office and Yard based
Highlight any required Smart repairs to vehicles.
Maintain and organising yard including movement of vehicles
Supporting HUB team with daily operations
Basic vehicle knowledge
Ensuring all vehicles due for collection/delivery pass our pre-delivery quality assurance checks utilising our Handover App
Maintaining a high safe driving standard in accordance to Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA )
The ideal candidate will need to:
Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Have experience in a similar role
Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers
Be friendly, helpful and willing to work as part of a team
Be well organised, with an eye for detail
