Client Relationship Executive
Based in our global HQ at Baker Street, the Business Development Unit (BDU) provides support and assistance in presenting the firm in the most effective and innovative manner for business generation purposes, whether pitching or key account management.
Working with the Head of Business Development as part of the client relationship team, this exciting role will provide support in the evolving delivery of key account management for a defined group of clients within Knight Frank.
Your role will involve undertaking research, monitoring progress and helping to build relationships with a defined group of sector focussed clients. You will be analysing our client base to understand current and future potential client sectors, gathering client news and developments for regular internal reporting, providing feedback to senior leadership team and the Head of Business Development in the collection and dissemination of post transaction reviews and regular client feedback interviews and ensure that client support is always at the forefront of your role.
You will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar professional services role and will be a confident and articulate individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be a personable and action orientated individual who will be keen to offer the best customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
