COG - EMEA Facilities Operations Lead
Join our team as the EMEA Facilities Operations Lead and join an innovative and entrepreneurial Corporate Real Estate team supporting our growing EMEA business.
Our mission is to provide a superior environment for all our employees across our 25 sites in the EMEA region. We partner with a third party but need you to oversee all support activities within the office portfolio ensuring an integrated approach. Reporting into the EMEA Head of Corporate Real Estate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our workplace environment.
You will be required to take a strong and consistent approach to managing our buildings and Corporate Real Estate services, with a commitment to quality, work health and safety, governance, assurance and risk management. You will build business relationships at all levels to ensure services are fit for purpose and you will be accountable for quality assurance and contract compliance as related to associated work orders. You will be the key integrator of the Operations function to ensure the end-to-end process of building support services is carried out to a high-level of service and reliability. You will be able to lead a team to delivery and inspire colleagues and service providers alike while cultivating an environment of authenticity and accountability.
Ultimately, all real estate support activities with the EMEA office portfolio across facilities management, engineering and workplace health and safety as well as operational risk obligations will sit with you.
You will need experience in a similar role, within Real Estate/Operations/Engineering or a related Facilities discipline within a complex corporate estate. Your proactive attitude, strong delivery and execution skills, coupled with your energetic leadership style will be complemented by your experience in managing relevant projects, commercial discipline and strong contract/supplier/outsourcing management. You will set clear strategic direction across your remit whilst not being afraid to roll up your sleeves when required. You will seek out data driven insights and embrace innovation and transformation.
