Dog Walker/Pet Sitter
We are seeking to recruit a dog walker to assist with our busy work load, starting as soon as possible. Experience isn't necessary as training will be given, but you will be required to have your OWN VEHICLE, suitable for transporting up to 4 dogs safely, and a sensible head on your shoulders. You will also need to live close to the SE6/SE13 or SE23 areas,
A love of animals and a hard working approach to life is what is required for this fun but demanding role. You would be walking up to 4 dogs as a time, off lead once you are comfortable doing so, for up to 3 walks a day. Sometimes just 2 walks so you can carry out other visits.
We are a happy team of walkers who work well together covering all our client's fur children's exercise needs. We do not just do dog walking, we cover other domestic pets too, for feeding and companionship. There is also the opportunity to carry out dog sitting assignments if you are able to do so. The areas we cover are SE6 to SE22/23.
If you find the above interesting and would like to apply, please drop me an email, stating what about it appeals to you, and explaining any experience you may have, and what vehicle you drive. I will come back to you if you sound suitable to arrange a the initial telephone interview. You will need to be prepared to have a DBS check carried out and have your own car.
The rate of pay increased once you pass the first 6 months probation period, when you will also be offered the opportunity to take some on line training courses.
Sadly the role is not open to seasonal works, students or non-drivers, as driving a car will be a necessity in this role.
If this sounds of interest to you and you fancy being out in the fresh air instead of a stuffy office please drop us a line... .
