This is an amazing new opportunity for a Compliance Analyst and Node Coordinator to join the new and growing global compliance team at BCG.

The global compliance function is a part of the Global Risk Management Team and is dedicated to developing and implementing a strategy for identifying and managing compliance risk within BCG, ensuring adherence to laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures. The team develops tools, knowledge, capabilities and trainings to empower all BCG staff to act in accordance with our Values and Code of Conduct.

The Compliance Analyst and Node Coordinator will be required to assume a number of operational responsibilities and give assistance to the Global Compliance function with compliance risk frameworks, trainings, assessments, reporting activities, and coordination with our compliance counterparts in geographies around the world.
  • Support Global Compliance team in day-to-day tasks relating to compliance programs (e.g., global compliance trainings roll out, setting up and preparing agendas for correspondence/meetings, drafting presentations)
  • Act as the operational liaison between the Global compliance team and local compliance network
  • Perform data validation and integrity checks on Compliance datasets
  • Provide support to the regional compliance network to help with the implementation of compliance and risk frameworks, policies and programs
  • Recommend improvements to compliance program roll-out and implementation activities
  • Work closely with local compliance teams as the point of contact on global policies/frameworks roll-out and queries
  • Facilitate bottom-up risk identification in Regions/Systems/Local teams, including aggregating results and producing analysis and reports, by leveraging and feeding into existing enterprise risk management team processes
  • Support the communication of risk and compliance team recommendations to the Regions/Systems/Local teams and track timely implementation
  • Collate regular management information updates, such as monthly compliance updates for the Head of Compliance, Centre of Excellence
  • Assist with horizon scanning across legislation, regulations and requirements relevant to BCG to assurance that national regulations are implemented at a local business level
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives


  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Experience in project management, compliance and ethics, skillful researcher
  • Confidence engaging with cross functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrable ability to operate with little oversight
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and balance competing, time-urgent demands
  • Outstanding English written and oral communication skills, including clear and concise writing and editorial skills and excellent listening skills
  • Strong attention to details


  • An academic degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in compliance/ or other risk management discipline such as audit, fraud examination, quality control, risk analysis within a financial/ banking institution, professional services or consulting firm
  • Comfortable with, and preferably advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word), Trello, exposure to business intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI
  • Commitment to confidentiality required


You will be part of the Compliance team reporting to the Head of Compliance, Center of Excellence as part of the wider Global Risk Management and Compliance team.
