This is an amazing new opportunity for an experienced Training and Communication individual to join the new and growing global compliance team at BCG.

The global compliance function is a part of the Global Risk Management Team and is dedicated to developing and implementing a strategy for identifying and managing compliance risk within BCG ensuring adherence to laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures. The team develops tools, knowledge, capabilities and trainings to empower all BCG staff to act in accordance with our Values and Code of Conduct.

In this role you will be responsible for raising risk and compliance awareness across the global business by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop and deliver trainings & communication, and change management efforts.
  • Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive program to raise awareness of compliance topics while driving a culture of compliance across all employees of BCG
  • Create training and communication campaigns for a global audience to accompany roll outs of new and updated policies and procedures to support and enhance the firm’s compliance & ethical culture
  • Enhance company- wide programs that strengthen the Firm’s values and expected behaviors across the employee life cycle, resulting in a consistent learning experience across the organization
  • Facilitate discussions to build consensus on decisions to design and drive a strategy for training and communications
  • Align with subject matter experts of compliance topics as well as other cross functional teams to roll out and scale compliance policies and processes which includes training and awareness initiatives across the global business
  • Work closely with subject matter experts of compliance topics, and Global Learning & Development team to ensure that BCG’s compliance training is in line with the current legal and regulatory requirements and expectations. Recommend improvements to ensure a high learning standard is me
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, best practices and new technologies in the industry, (inter)national regulatory expectations, and apply learnings to compliance trainings in BCG
  • Develop tools to measure the ongoing effectiveness of training content and techniques to use the findings to recommend improvements


  • Experience in owning, developing, and implementing training & communications, change management with limited oversight
  • Experience influencing staff of all levels of an international and matrix-based working environment
  • Confidence engaging with cross functional stakeholders at all levels to drive decision making
  • Ability to develop and improve working methods independently
  • Ability to drive and implement change management processes
  • High integrity, flexibility, willingness to progress initiatives while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and independence
  • Fluent business English (spoken and written); additional languages desirable


  • An academic degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience, preferably in compliance environment and L&D or in a similar function setting strategy and owning programs from conception to execution.
  • Applicable experience, including:
    • Compliance and ethics
    • Communications
    • Change management
    • Behavioral economics, psychology
  • Commitment to confidentiality required


You will be part of the Global Compliance team reporting to the Head of Compliance Center of Excellence of as part of the wider Global Risk Management and Compliance team.
