Job Description

This role is responsible for providing an effective and efficient service, not only employees across the business and the different teams within the HR department such as Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners. You will manage a small team of HR Administrators and an HR Advisor setting up their SLA’s and ensuring they meet them; as well as offering excellent customer service to the business.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing International Payroll (UK, New Zealand, Singapore and Ireland) plus inputs into all Digital Payrolls

  • Benefits; UK renewals, changes and annual enrolment, reporting, monthly processing

  • HRIS; managing data integrity across multiple systems as well as JML tickets.

  • Reporting; finance, compliance, auditing, SOX controls

  • Administering annual pay review and bonus processes

  • Managing Pension and Benefit Schemes

  • All Onboarding and Off Boarding of employees

  • Compliantly holding all employee documentation

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to implement human resource policies, processes, and workflows to ensure employees have positive, transparent, and engaging HR experience.

  • Enhancing the employee journey and experience.

  • Tickets, queries and first line advice

  • Producing HR data for all teams and key stakeholders, working closely with finance to ensure data integrity.

  • Strong team leadership and stakeholder management


Skills & Experience

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent

  • You will have experience of working in a HR Shared Service or HR Operations Manager role encompassing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

  • Strong excel skills and ability to use excel to detect and correct errors proactively (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups etc)

  • You will be comfortable using HR systems, we currently use both Oracle and/or Cascade and we are transitioning to Workday.

  • Experience of migrating payroll providers

  • You will thrive in a fast paced, driven organisation going through constant change.

  • You will naturally be super detailed and have pride in being meticulous and where necessary to get involved in detailed deliver to ensure the right result.

  • You will be able to demonstrate process improvement initiatives that you have led.

  • Experience of working in a service culture or technology would be good.
