The Experienced Hire Recruitment Team is a group of highly specialist talent acquisition professionals who advise and partner with our business groups in recruiting diverse talent into Accenture.

Inclusion & Diversity is the cornerstone of everything we do within recruiting and touches upon all aspects of our processes. We are currently market leading within our sector and we need someone to keep us there as we move through FY21 and beyond by ensuring we are at the forefront of innovation and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Accenture’s Inclusion & Diversity agenda across recruitment strategies to ensure we as a business are hitting our targets throughout the financial year and continuing as market leader in this space

  • Manage and develop the full reporting suite to both recruitment and business leadership to articulate progress against our targets and ensure tracking throughout the financial year is positive

  • Partner with Business Leadership, Talent Supply Chain, HR, Reward and the wider recruitment team to ensure best practices are being followed in everything we do under the banner of I&D

  • Work with current and future third-party partners to ensure we are delivering the best possible tools to our recruitment teams across the UK

  • Provide innovative ideas and collate market research to provide insight to all stakeholder groups on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering the most inclusive recruitment processes every day

  • Continuously develop Accenture’s overall recruitment offering through leading on various talent projects to lead innovation across attraction, assessment and attainment of talent

  • Partner with the wider Inclusion & Diversity team to ensure a collaborative approach


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • A strong passion and curiosity for I&D

  • Previous experience leading an I&D agenda, ideally within a large global matrixed organisation

  • A Strong ability to converse and influence senior stakeholders/leadership alongside experience dealing with third party partners preferred

  • Skilled in reporting/analytics with the ability to storytell through the data that is analysed

  • Collaborative team player – driving inclusion, seeking continuous improvement through day to day work and leading by example

  • Proven experience managing and advising a diverse group of Executive level stakeholders

  • Significant experience required in coaching, mentorship and management of teams

  • Project management skills preferred
