Inbound Marketing Account Manager London
What we are looking for
Digital BIAS is a small but fast-growing award-winning inbound marketing agency based in London. Our clients typically are subscription or repeat purchase customers in tech and eCommerce although this covers property, finance and medical.
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate with a relevant degree (see below) who has experience in one of the aforementioned fields and has the ambition to grow with the company in either a professional or managerial role.
Our employees are either rockstars, those who wish to specialise in a specific area of expertise or superstars who wish to build into a team leader or managerial positions.

You will be an experienced marketer who is focused on results. You pride yourself on being able to create campaigns from scratch and effectively plan and communicate those strategies both internally and externally. You work hard and you expect to be supported in delivery and personal growth through training and career progression.
You will get structured training and you will be expected to qualify as a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional, accredited by Hubspot, within your first week. Then to follow further certifications periodically in order to upskill.
Certification is only a small part of the job. You will have a full hands-on marketing role and will be expected to design, refine and develop campaigns for clients.
The company is growing its portfolio of clients to make the most of this fast-growing part of the market. To do this we need to hire a confident and creative, experienced (at least 3 years) digital marketing professional with proven results in these techniques and modern inbound marketing methodologies.
As an inbound account manager you will:
Help customers launch Inbound Content Marketing programmes to drive traffic to their websites and social media and deliver sales lead at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. You will assist in the set-up, design and management of clients’ social media and content marketing.
You will look at other more traditional marketing opportunities including sponsorship, events and public relations to increase the impact of creative ideas and client campaigns.
You will manage our third-party relationships with freelancers, software companies and other agencies to ensure delivery of the strategy.
You will practice, deliver and eventually teach the core tenets of Inbound Marketing, including:
· Content creation
· SEO - Search Engine Optimisation
· Social media marketing
· Conversion optimisation
· Landing page creation and optimisation
· Use of content management and content optimisation systems
· Marketing analytics and reporting
· The creation of marketing personas, marketing offers and how to package and promote them
· Lead nurturing and marketing automation
· Dig into complex business processes to help streamline marketing strategy
· Use your creative mind to help customers achieve marketing success
· Campaign creation and creative input
In addition, you will be a contributor to our own marketing and will manage relationships with clients and partners
Have an ability to communicate effectively via phone, face to face and email to make our customers successful
You will have good hands-on experience of social media, be fluent in the Internet and Social Media platforms as well as copywriting, strategy and analytics
You’ll be able to write blogs, create and strategise campaigns, reports, ebooks and presentations (not necessarily designing them though, great if you can)
Love helping people succeed, and get a buzz from winning, helping and offering leadership and guidance when the opportunity arises
Have a passion for marketing, learning, innovation, problem-solving and automation and 100% be HubSpot certified with at least 3 years experience with the technology*
Are fluent in English and a second language would be great (French, Spanish)
You must have relevant work experience, with a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
