Job description

Primary objectives:

· PA to Director

· To soak up all aspects of the business over time to enable taking on more senior responsibilities and managing new staff.

· To cover team roles during holiday absences

Main responsibilities:

· PA to Director

· Being the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries from customers

· Looking after the general company email inbox and actioning any queries

· Processing payments for suppliers

· Dealing with client queries

· Sending out job confirmations to clients

· General office administration e.g. logging enquiries into database, updating mailing list, paying in cheques, sending out samples as required

· Logging customer enquiries and addressing them

· Ad-hoc tasks to support the team

Qualities and skills required:

· A professional attitude

· Great telephone manner

· Good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook

· Strong organisational skills/ability to multitask

· An eagerness to muck in and take on any task

· Good communication skills in spoken and written English

· A proactive approach to working, with an ability to take initiative

· Motivated to work unsupervised

Salary dependent on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
