We are looking for a self-motivated, engaging marketing generalist to join our team in this newly created role. Critical to this role are strong writing skills, taking ownership and has experience in a range of digital tools. Key responsibilities include:
Working with the senior team to develop strategic marketing plans to help drive growth
Initiate and take ownership of marketing strategy and collateral such as SEO, social/blog posts, emails, webinars and regular website enhancements
Produce effective messaging and copy that will be embedded across multiple channels while keeping to IAND's tone of voice and ensure written guidelines are up to date
Working closely with the design lead to create marketing collateral
Monitor and analyse website behaviours and marketing campaign performance and report on activity
Key skills & experience
Relevant experience working in either B2B technology or Infrastructure sectors
A proven track record of delivering profitable growth
Project management (with awareness of Agile methodologies)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organisation skills
Collaboration and teamwork
Honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm
Working in a fast-paced environment
A degree, or equivalent experience
Role and benefits
Part-time 17-24 hours per week (flexible working hours available)
A competitive salary (£30-£45k FTE based on experience), pension scheme
A generous holiday allowance of 30 days pro-rata to take whenever you want + bank holidays
Location: All staff are working remotely during the Covid-19 period. Once restrictions are lifted we would expect you to work from the London office a minimum of 1 day / week to support team working and development.
