iProov is a world leader in spoof-resistant, biometric facial authentication technology. Its technology is used by banks, governments, healthcare and travel providers around the world to enable secure, effortless customer onboarding and authentication. This process ensures that new and returning users are genuine and can be trusted.

iProov has a head office in London Waterloo and is rapidly growing its business and teams with recently opened offices in Washington (US), and Singapore.

To support this rapid growth, iProov is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a busy London-based team providing the Product Marketing function for the global business.

The role will be within the Product and Marketing team and the individual will report to the Global Head of Product Marketing.

The role will include:

  • Creation of sales enablement materials and messaging to support customer facing and global marketing teams
  • Creation of content and messaging to support our partners
  • Providing insights into relevant regulations for our focus industry areas
  • Localisation of product marketing materials or messaging as required
  • Updating and maintaining Showpad (our sales enablement platform)
  • Attending and representing iProov at events
  • Becoming an iProov product evangelist and support other teams with their enquiries
  • Maintain research processes and gather and share relevant insights for example, competitor research
  • Supporting and participating in membership organisations events and forum such as Biometric Institute
  • Leveraging content to drive market awareness and amplify the iProov message

Candidates will need:

  • A strong and proven track record of experience in Product Marketing or Marketing within tech, software or a regulatory environment
  • Understanding of how Product Marketing supports a software business. SaaS experience an advantage
  • Be technically aware, and demonstrate the ability to explain complex capabilities to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to distil complex information and present it succinctly and accurately
  • Be comfortable presenting information either in written or verbal formats
  • Demonstrate a passion for making the world a safer place for its citizens
  • High levels of interpersonal skills as liaison with senior people and teams both internally and externally will be required
  • Flexible mindset to be able to promote and message to new (as yet unidentified) market areas
  • Strong written and verbal skills (English)
  • Strong research skills
  • Be an iProov advocate in all that they do

Advantageous skills or abilities:

  • High levels of technical competence
  • Experience of working in marketing within Financial Services, Public Sector or Healthcare
  • Understanding of markets in different regions i.e., Europe, USA & APAC
  • Channel or partner marketing
  • Competitor market or Industry research
  • Ability to create marketing collateral or assets - design skills would be ideal
  • Experience of Showpad or similar sales enablement platforms

Initially the Product Marketing Manager will be home based, in-line with Government advice. In the future the role will be based in iProov’s London headquarters, located a few steps from Waterloo station, behind the London Eye on the South Bank. The office offers wellness and fitness options as well as cafes.
