· This roll Is Freelance/Self-employed with a tremendous commission/bonus structure

· You will have the desire to earn at the highest level with a revolutionary royalty payment scheme included as well as a monthly, quarterly and annual remuneration package

· Realistic OTE in excess of £75000

· This is a selling and management role

· You will be working on flexible contract with elements that will be negotiable to the right candidates


· You will have a full UK driving licence or valid international licence

· You will be committed to targets and report to your management structure on a regular basis.

· You will have a tremendous work ethic and be committed to building an awesome sales team in your designated region

· You will have the right to work in the UK and Europe.


You will be expected to:

· Work under a team targeted regime

· Deliver customer excellence

· Motivate and target consultants to deliver the required result

· Report to board level

· Generate qualified leads

· Develop a product understanding within the team and on an ongoing basis

· Project manage all regional business

· Develop a customer contact system within your team (reportable to board level)

· Be available for regional and national meetings within the company structure when required

· Responsibility for fee generation and its reporting

· Manage any customer queries with the help of the national team
