Rugbytots Wandsworth coach
All Rugbytots lead coaches need to be able to engage with 2-7 year old children in a fun, dramatic and entertaining way. The main objectives at Rugbytots are for the children to have fun and grow in confidence. We provide a programme that will take the children on an imaginative rugby journey and it is essential all coaches are dynamic and full of enthusiasm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To welcome and acknowledge all participants upon arrival of each class * To maintain attendance register and maintain administration of non-payers etc, informing head office of any anomalies * To ensure classes commence and finish on time * To lead, motivate and engage with the children in your classes * Work though the Rugbytots programme to teach the basic core skills used in rugby in a fun and structured environment using equipment and apparatus provided – The Rugbytots programme must be used * Encouraging team spirit and patience amongst the team by doing appropriate games and tasks in groups and individually * Maintain authority over the class in a clear and concise manner and promptly addressing any disruptive behaviour
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
All parents and children are sanitised prior to the class and after the class. All equipment is cleaned after every class.
