As our business develops and expands its multiplatform approach to advertising, it is vital that we have in-house technical and product specialism to develop our existing and emerging digital capabilities. The Digital Innovation & Delivery Team has been created as a digital centre of excellence within the business, to consolidate product development, engineering, data analysis, and delivery within the same group. The Product Manager is a key part of the team, focused on bringing new content product capabilities and formats to market, and continually optimising existing ones.
Accountabilities:
How you will contribute:

  • Management & Mentoring
    • Line management of digital producers
    • Mentoring and development
    • Working with Digital Director to develop new workflows or evaluate and adopt new tools
    • Drive documentation and communication of processes and workflows
    • Manage and develop key supplier relationships
  • People & Communication
    • Developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships
    • Forge a close relationship and trust with our Client Success Leads and collaborate in managing projects through to delivery and ensure key deliverables and client expectations are met
    • Communicate progress, to clients, stakeholders and team members regularly - covering risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics
    • Lead and facilitate calls, meetings, workshops where necessary
  • Planning & Delivery
    • Plan, estimate and allocate resources to projects
    • Tracking and reviewing project progress and ensuring they meet their expected budget, time and scope
    • Effective prioritisation of all deliverables and resources within the delivery team
  • Solution Finding
    • Initiating and enabling work with internal teams to create requirements and develop solutions at all stages of a project
    • Guide, inspire, and motivate team members and stakeholders through challenging situations to achieve project objectives

The ideal skills for the role:
  • Experience working with designers, developers, strategists and client leads to deliver website builds and other digital experiences
  • Experience running small and large scale meetings or workshops that bring together multiple stakeholder groups with different interests or objectives
  • Experience working in a client facing digital projects with tight timelines and ambitious goals
  • A keen knowledge of resource constraints and solutions relating to digital project delivery
  • An ability to interpret data and take actions based on findings
  • A passion for web design and technology and a keen interest in the latest trends
  • Line management and / or mentoring and development experience
  • Experience in designing and iterating on workflows and documenting them
