Amazon Publisher Services is a suite of cloud-based services that helps publishers build thriving digital businesses. We are seeking a Marketplace Development Manager for the Advanced TV & Audio team. The Advanced TV & Audio team is responsible for building advertising technology services that help broadcasters grow their businesses through better quality advertising for publishers and buyers, and more relevant ads for viewers. In this role, you will help publishers merchandize and monetize their supply through Private Marketplaces.

In this role you will:
  • Build and lead agency development strategy
  • Evangelize APS PMP value proposition to drive adoption of key offerings
  • Work directly with agencies and large brands to help them successfully achieve their marketing goals
  • Consult with publishers to collaborate on their PMP monetization strategies
  • Educate and train buying teams on product capabilities and best practices
  • Develop and iterate on new solutions based on customer feedback
  • Develop deal executions that scale in a predictable and repeatable manner
  • Translate marketplace feedback into product requirements, and collect marketplace intelligence required to help guide the overall direction of our team
  • Ad tech sales or media sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of agency OTT and OLV programmatic buying strategies
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products
  • Strong partnership development and management skills
  • Successful track record of developing, iterating, and growing new business initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mentality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, small team environment
  • Proficient in German or other regional languages (not required)
