Fanbytes Fund - a fund that runs influencer marketing campaigns for black-owned businesses using black creators seeking to elevate the voices of black and diverse creators.
Now with a team of 50, and aggressive growth plans, we are looking to expand our capabilities for creating innovative campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands. This has led to our need for a Senior Talent Manager to help lead Bytesized.
About the role:
The Senior Talent Manager role will be working with the talent team to help grow Bytesized in becoming one of the most innovative and creative GenZ talent management services. Your success will be measured on leading and developing the team of 3-4 talent managers and junior talent managers and your core responsibilities will include improving the portfolio of the talent e.g media and commercial opportunities, managing campaigns and onboarding new talent.
Our ideal candidate will:
Have minimum 3-4 yrs experience in talent management.
Be an expert in talent, social media and the influencer world.
Be comfortable leading a small team.
Have a commercial mindset and be a confident lead for a team in this area.

Location: We are a London based company and operate via a hybrid model. Our team rotate coming into an office a couple of days a week for team based projects and to collaborate.
