The United Kingdom is one of Planday's key markets for 2021/2022. As part of our growth journey there, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Team Lead for our Sales Development Representatives team. In this position, you will be responsible for the performance, coaching and development of up to 10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), located with you in our London office, and you will be reporting to our Inside Sales Manager in our Copenhagen Headquarters.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the performance of your team of SDRs in regards to company targets month over month
  • Hiring, onboarding, training and developing individual members of your team in regards to their tasks and KPIs
  • Recommending improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed
  • Ensuring a high level of motivation and positive atmosphere in the team
  • Listening to and acting on your team's needs as their representative towards the rest of the commercial business
  • Supporting the Inside Sales Manager on the SDR strategy by providing timely and accurate feedback

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should be highly ambitious, with excellent communication skills and the ability to win your team's trust and respect. Additionally, you should:

  • Have at least 6 months experience of working in an SDR role (preferably within a SaaS company), while continuously exceeding your targets
  • Possess a strong drive to develop your sales leadership career and learn the foundation of sales management
  • Have the ability to translate client need into appropriate activities for the team
  • Be able to manage your own time efficiently while prioritizing business needs
