About the VP Corporate Marketing position at Showpad
In your role as VP Corporate Marketing, you will lead our ambitions to become a B2B superbrand through non-traditional, bold endeavors that stand out from the status quo. Our vision highlights the importance of experiences as the ultimate differentiator and this position will play a pivotal role in telling our story and showcasing our company through exceptional brand presence.
Overseeing creative services, communications, and brand strategy, the VP Corporate Marketing will lead the efforts in amplifying our story to the market.
The VP Corporate Marketing leads a team of Marketing Managers and Professionals and reports into our Chief Growth Officer.
Key Responsibilities as a VP Corporate Marketing at Showpad
Strategy – Lead the development of initiatives that drive forward our corporate identity through unique creative campaigns, communication programs, and brand marketing.
Partner – Develop relationships and work cross-departmentally with departments inside and outside of Marketing to effectively organize and execute on corporate brand initiatives. Seek brand partnership opportunities and external relationships with media and the global technology community.
Grow - Define and build a scalable corporate marketing function that expands our market presence through internal and external global initiatives.
Market – Have a constant pulse on the market to understand the landscape, bring ideas forth to drive impact, and be a spokesperson in the community.
Lead - develop and inspire your team as well as cross-functional employees throughout the organization, local and remote, across multiple time zones and cultures.
Required Skills for a VP Corporate Marketing at Showpad
10+ years' experience in brand/corporate marketing, with a strong preference for experience with high growth enterprise SaaS/subscription companies
5+ years' experience leading creative focused teams and relevant strategic initiatives from the ground up.
High level of curiosity and willingness to experiment and build, while also having the ability to support on an operational level to ensure long-term successful implementation of new initiatives. Understands the value of inheriting and coaching a team - while scaling an organization in parallel.
Experience managing a geographically dispersed team, covering both US and several European countries. Understands the cultural differences between regions and acts accordingly, and at all times ensures the team members feel included and belonged.
Experience in any country outside of US
