Responsible for managing the European Workforce plan in Workday and supporting with data accuracy related to positions and people data.
- Partner with the financial planning team to deliver a coordinated budget and forecasting process annually
- Maintain accuracy in the workforce plan regionally
- Manage all recruiting approvals both on and offline in terms of systems and sign off via Workday
- Supporting on WPIC requests (internal panel for requesting additional headcount)
- Reconcile the workforce plans and create monthly reporting
- Answering queries around roles
- European data owner for WFP
- Maintain data accuracy for all Workday elements including position details such as supported market
- Liaise with HRBPs, Finance and the business to manage all positions
Competent in Stakeholder Engagement at all levels and cross-functionally.
- Ability to investigate issues and work with partners to come to a solution.
- Highly numerically literate and skilled in data manipulation and presentation (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Skills)
- Familiarity with Workday, Tableau and SQL databases a plus
- Experience of HR project processes in a shared services function a plus
- Ability to engage with HR functions as appropriate in order to improve processes, systems and structures
- Strong organisation skills – ability to project manage, multitask and prioritise effectively
- Degree level intellect
