The Collab Is E17’s most popular bar and grill and we are on the hunt for a sous chef to augment our strong kitchen team.
We make everything from scratch using only the finest ingredients and we take no shortcuts.
We are extremely busy and we all work together to keep our many guests happy, and our standards at the absolute highest.
We pay above the London living wage to all of our staff as well as pension contributions and generous holiday entitlement. Fair pay for hard work.
Our sous chef will be expected to have a number of years experience in high end fast/casual dining, minimum level 2 hygiene certificate and good references.
The right candidate will be assisting our head chef with the day to day running of our kitchen, managing staff, purchasing, keeping wastage low and maintaining our immaculate due diligence.
You will have no hesitation in running the kitchen yourself when the head chef is on leave.
